Since 2021 Lacey has produced over 80 Overall Wins, guided athletes to earn 10 IFBB Pro Cards, resulting in 6 Overall NATIONAL Titles. Her athletes have also celebrated 200+ class wins across all divisions. Recognized for her outstanding leadership and consistent results, she has been awarded the Coach's Award in Louisiana in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025; Mississippi in 2024 and 2025; and Alabama in 2025 resulting in 7 Coach's awards.
With years of experience coaching at the highest level, combined with her own personal journey as a competitor, Lacey has transformed her passion for bodybuilding into a mission of helping athletes achieve their full potential mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Beyond the accolades, Lacey’s heart lies in helping athletes bring their absolute best to every stage of life and not just the bodybuilding stage. Her coaching style combines attention to detail with genuine care, making sure every client feels seen, supported, and valued
